Outlaw ran off towards Zacora, while Zike had strength Outlaw had speed. His long slender legs carried him up the hill and to the zorse. "C'mon move!" he yelled to the mare nudging her forward with his shoulder. He looked back, his shoulder still shoving Zacora forward, Zike was headed straight for them at a heavy pace. "Run!" he yelled to the mare nipping her withers trying to get her to run. "This is impossible," he thought to himself keeping pace with the mare.

Zike threw his weight forward running harder and harder. His large tan hooves ate up the turf and his nostril widened trying to catch the younger brute. He was obviously trying to steal Zacora. As Outlaw started to shoulder away the mare from the herd Zike had to lunge through the group of mare to break free on the other side. By the time he made his way through the startled mare Outlaw was too far off.
