I growled and pulled him away from her and pinned him on the ground "leave her alone" I growled

Dan smiled, "yeah, that's not going to happen" he said and phased through the ground and apprened behind her. He wrapped his arm around her neck choaking her. Daniel struggled to break free from his grasp "let go! why are you after me anyway?" she rasped. Dan laughed but didn't answer her only dragging her into the shadows, he threw her on the ground and stood over her. He slashed at her again aming for her chest hoping to slash her heart, he growled when he missed. Daniel tried to change into her ghost form but it failed, the only thing she could do was scream in agony.

Dan hissed and flew off, he looked over his shoulder and frowned "I'll be back...." he whispered.

Daniel stared at the ground her eyes wide, blood flowed from her chest from where he slashed her. She closed her eyes "this is all my...fault.." she whispered whipeing blood off her cheek.
