Well, she's got the hair of Celestia but different colours. Her cutie mark is a swirled sun with different rays. Her special talent is to shine and sparkle the sun rays. Her shoes, crown and bib are blue. she is a grayish pink, younger than celestia and she wears eyeshadow. So the gist of it is that she's similar but completely different.
