The picture above is of mt rattle Tinker. She has an odd bald spot(seen in pic) between her ears. I don't know what caused it...anyone have an ideas as to what may have caused it? And what should I do about it?

Her sister could have overgroomed her. They do that sometimes. That's the only thing I can think of though.
It usually grows back on its own, even though it takes some time to do it.

i taught my boys how to high five (i say "Give meh Fives!" and they use both paws, but still its so cute!)
I also bought a harness at the local pet store and my ratties LOVE it!! my girls slip outta it, though, so I'm going to work on that but my chubby boys fit fine in it.

Btw, any suggestions for training a hyper-active, seemingly ADHD rattie? My baby girl, Zelda (i call her Skitz-oh when she does something derpy >> pretty much most of the time), has attention issues. She's always running around, om-noming and chewing on anything she could find, and i could only hold her atttention for so long (like, 10 seconds at most)..
However, she is very clever and i think if she applied herself, she could learn many tricks...

Thank you so much! I'm. Not so worried now! I also took her to the vet (I took both of them) and the vet said it looks like over grooming and didn't look like anything bad. She also said to separate them when I feed them because Tinker is underweight and Phantom is overweight.

I can see why underweight would be a problem, but rats only live five years at most and one of the biggest things in life for them is eating, so it seems incredibly pointless, and mean, to keep food from a rat that's "overweight".
Five years is not long enough in any species to develop diabetes or cholestoral problems.
