Regalis let out a slow and steady breath. As he breathed out, the world seemed to expand and breathe with relief. Elanor..... Elanor listen to me. Are you alright? His thought voice was quiet and soothing. He still held her arms, but he was more gentle now. The mark on his arm was gone. His power glowed around him, snapping back and forth in intricate patterns. It was only loose outside of him because he was worried.

So did Elanor, giving in into sleep. Her dreams were filled with broken images of forests... and she was searching for something. Something very little, on the ground, amongst the pine needles. What was it, she couldn't remember...

Elanor woke up, startled. She put her fingers to her neck to confirm the silver locket was still there. She sighed in relief and returned to sleep, this time no dream or nightmare worrying her.

Regalis had watched over her the whole time, the fire blaring still. Night had fallen finally. His eye's glittered with a strange glow, as if they had changed color. At a closer look, you would realize they had. They were a deep gold amber and his pupils were narrowed slits, like a cats. His whole body gleamed with sweat and he was panting, baring his lion like teeth. He was crouched and his hands were clenched, razor sharp claws on each tip of his finger. Elanor..... Growled a deep voice in her mind. it was Regalis's voice, and yet not his voice. It had shifted and the feral-ness of his normal voice had increased.

Hunter layed on the edge of the hollow in the bushes. He never falls asleep until after midnight so he watched the two closely from his spot.
