DUDE. OKAY, FASHION IDEA.
We should make daily designs (I have a typhoon on the way so I'll have plenty of ideas -__-;;) of stuff based on District 4 and Finnick :D

For my costume, I realllyyyy want some gold fishnet stockings and these heels (that don't fit me D:) that are gold with blue decals and they have netting in the front and are so perfect. But of course they're too big >.< Then I have a few things I need to find (Well they're on ebay but I can't get them) - either a gold woven shawl/cardigan or a gold veil or something. I've yet to find a golden cardigan/shawl anywhere. I also really wanted this dress but ended up getting the other one. They should both still be in stock.

I also have a HUUUUGE list of Capitol-ish dresses and wigs if you'd like to see them.
