Dain got up and opened the door slightly.

Ember wagged his tail happily and struggled to his feet.

Friesia looked up at Dain, her face still wet from crying earlier. "I-I-I wanted t-to talk to you..."

Bill found a way out of the dungeon and outside.

"c-come in..." Dain opened the door wide for her...

Ember limped after Bill.

Friesia walked in slowly. She sighed and looked down. "D-Dain..."

Bill looked back and noticed Ember was limping. "Ember, you're hurt!"

Dain closed the door and looked at her.

Ember looked at him, the suddeness of Bill's voice madehim jump slightly.

Friesia wrung her tail, trying to think of what to say. "I-I'm so sorry D-Dain..."

Bill walked over to Ember. "Where are you hurt?" He looked worried.

Dain went quiet and looked away slightly, he was more...frightened really...

Ember looked at his back leg then at Bill. "It's just a scratch..." He said.

Bill shook his head. "A scratch wouldn't cause you to limp..." He took a look at what Ember was talking about.

Friesia sighed. "Dain... are you alright? I didn't hurt you too badly, did I?" She looked up at him worriedly.

Ember watched him look at his leg.

"I....was afraid...you didn't want to be with me..." He said quietly, that was often the case...

"I don't know what to do for ya Ember, I ain't a vet or anything..." Bill shrugged.

Friesia looked surprised. "What? Why would you ever think that?" She let go of her tail.
