The Cycle (Dragon love/war) ~needs Sunstreak members badly!~

Ice thought they looked too big to be birds and she knew if they were from Sunstreak they were as good as dead dragons walking so they had to leave fast, unless........................................................................................................................................"why don't we let them drink? I'm not saying we let them come over onto our land, but maybe we should let them drink? they have everyright to drink and live as we do, as long as they can stay on there own side, maybe we should not stay in the water though, why don't we hide in the trees? just to make sure that they don't come over the borders, but i think we should let them drink, what do you guys think?" they were coming too quickly they had to make a decision, and fast

"What, we just let them steal our water???" Thorn said, a little angrily. The frill on his neck stood up and he lashed his tail angrily. "They never showed mercy to the Midnight dragons who went hunting on their side! We shouldn't attack them or anything, but if we stand our ground maybe they'll just turn around and go! They have their own part of the Great River. What will we do if they take over here to?" Thorn shuddered at the thought. He turned to Ice. "I don't mean to disrespect you or anything but can't we try to drive them off - non-violently, of course - instead of hiding?"

Bade agreed with Thorn. "Thorn is right though, they never showed mercy on us" Bade looked back up to the ever growin dragons. He let out a low growl and shock his tail angrily.

Thorn glanced quickly at Luna in apology for disagreeing with her. He stood up on his hind legs and bared his teeth at the dragons. He wanted to roar, but he wouldn't disobey his Alpha like that.

Violet and the dragons soared closer to the river. Violet was too busy searching the woods for dragon-scale to notice the small shapes on the shore until a dragon pointed them out to her. She called everyone to a halt and looked closer. Sure enough, they seemed to be dragons. She heard plenty of muttering behind her as dragons argued about whether or not they should proceed.

Ice looked at Thorn it was a brilliant idea "Good idea Thorn, lets do that, they never showed us any mercy" as she said that she shuddered, looking at her back and seeing her scar thinking back to the time she had accidently overstepped and got onto there land "so we will show them none, but we shall allow them to drink here, i believe that is fair." then she got out of the water and sat by the edge of the river, watching the growing ever closer dragons, wondering whether they would chicken out and deceide not to come to the river, she doubted it, but maybe they would.....................if they were really thirsty they would, and they would overstep there bounderys to get it.................................

Tigra flew ahead so she was next to Violet.

"We should just attack them. They deserve it."

She hissed.

((sigh. i know you've got other rps K, but could you post a little more? just a little? lolz.))

"We won't attack them, but we will get a drink of water. Better to die in battle, if it comes to that, than to die of thirst." Violet said, signaling the other dragons to follow her. They all flew steadily towards the Midnight dragons until they could see each dragon clearly. Violet bared her teeth at the white, golden-horned female ((Ice)). Unless things had changed recently, that dragon was most likely the Alpha of Midnight Clan. She'd never actually fought her, but her father had said that the Midnight Alpha was always pure evil. As they drew closer however, Violet felt a strange sense of guilt. Here she was, leading an "attack" on a girl she'd never met who looked to be the same age as Violet herself. It just didn't seem right... and none of the other dragons seemed "evil" either...
I can't think about that now. She told herself firmly as she started to descend towards them.

Ice spotted a dragon (Violet) that seemed to be baring her teeth at her. Ice felt slightly offended, for she knew she had never met this dragon before, so why would this dragon think badly of her? Maybe she saw it wrong, but what did she care about what a Sunstreak dragon thought of her, those dragons where cruel, selfish and evil beings! She almost hated them with every fibre of her being, but she couldn't judge these dragon, she didn't know this dragon, or most of them around her, so she couldn't judge them. But the dragons she had met from Sunstreak Clan where mean and nasty, and they had showed her no mercy so she bared her teeth back at the dragon who had done it to her (Violet) and made a low growl.

Violet and the others flew farther towards the dragons and landed on the far bank. They were officially on Midnight territory now, and Violet felt awkward. She lashed her tail back and forth in the dirt. Slowly she reached her neck forward to the water's edge. She hesitated, and then lapped up a bit, seeing what would happen. She kept her eyes on the white dragon ((Ice)) who had growled at her. Violet was used to being growled at, so it didn't bother her. A lot of the older dragons glared at her and growled when she did something they didn't like. At least it made sense if this dragon hated her. They were exact opposites after all... weren't they?

Thorn glared at the white/purple dragon angrily. Why should she -or any of the other dragons- be allowed here. Clearly his plan hadn't been as effective as he'd hoped.
