"Here" Sunheart said. She got some cobwebs for Emberclaw and pressed them on his wound.

Lightwhisper gave a sharp gasp of pain as invisible claws raked down her ingured leg, then shot back up again. "Yes!" she hissed, internally scowling herself for being so brusque to Sunheart. She was only doing her job as a medicine cat, after all. The young she-cat tried her best to refrain from squirming or, StarClan forbid, score her claws across the other she-cat's pelt in return for the pain. Lightwhsiper blinked and turned her head when Emberclaw began stirring, her attention drawn to a new source. The ghost of a relieved smile danced across her lips; her friend was recovering! Though she didn't speak, for she was too exhausted to utter any words at the moment.

Emberclaws green eyes finally focused and he turned to assess his wound. It was a long somewhat deep jagged cut but he would live. Emberclaw turned to Lightwhisper and let out a faint purr,"Well for the first time we got jumped by a tree."

Striptail purred and playfully swatted at her tail,"I like Silver squirrel better."

Sunheart flinched. "Sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you" She said. "Oh, it feels like your leg is broken...." She whispered. She pushed down on her leg so that the bone was back in the socket. Sunheart grabbed some cobwebs and tied her leg together. "There, just don't move your leg" She said.

"That's fine" Silverwind smiled.

"Where's my mom?"Fernkit asked Brightpaw before she could run away.

Flamefoot returned from the border patrol. He was tired, and wanted to rest. He went to one of the warm rocks for snooze.

Stripetail nodded,"Ok. I will get you something." He bounded to the fresh-kill and returned a few minutes with a large rabbit. He dropped it next to her panting from carrying its weight,"Are you ok with sharing?"
