"What's up?" Wolfeye meowed.

Blazetrail was explaining to Bravepaw the best way to fight a fox when his eyes landed on Leafclaw. He instantly noticed something seemed off and stopped in the middle of his sentence,"-I'll go into more detail later. Remember the easiest to go for is the eyes and back." Leaving his apprentice, he padded over to Leafclaw "Hey are you ok?"

Bravepaw nodded his head as he listened intently,"Ok Blazetrail. I'll be sure to remember that." Watching his mentor walk away toward the she-cat, he couldn't help but wonder if his uncle had a crush on Leafclaw. Shrugging, he walked over to the fresh-kill pile. He was starving after that long trek to the border and back.

[~ Flame ~]

Leafclaw tilted her ears back, "yeah. Just wet and exhausted" she meowed and lifted her head

"Nothing, " Frostpaw said.

Spottedpaw yawned and walked passed Bravepaw to find a shady spot to lay in.

"Hey," Bravepaw happily mewed seeing Spottedpaw. The tom followed her, wondering what she was thinking.

Blazetrail frowned and sat down next to her. He pressed his fur against hers and began to lap at her wet fur, trying to help her dry.

Leafclaw purred lightly as he groomed her. she scented the air then licked her front legs/paws

Spottedpaw laid down and splayed out," Hey." she really was only thinking of questions to ask him, but also what he actually thought of her.

Blazetrail felt his side slowly becomig wet but he didn't mind. "How is your paw?" He asked as he moved to licking the top of her head.

Bravepaw sat down and tried to get comfortable. He still didn't know if Spottedpaw liked him back or not but that could wait.

"Bravepaw... Tell me the truth. All of it, like why you like me and when it started," Spottedpaw said softly.

Bravepaw was suprised by the question but was ready to answer. "Well I started liking you about half a moon ago. I didn't show it because I was afraid things would be awkward and didn't want Hollowpaw to feel awkward. I think it only made things worse though. Why I like you, well I've always admired your spirit. You try your best and you are confident in yourself. I like how you are always there when I need someone and you aren't afraid to be yourself." Bravepaw paused as he looked down at his paws. "You can look past my scars and see who I really am. And you try to make everyone happy, even if you get hurt in the process. Does that answer your question?" He asked, his blue-amber eyes watching her.
