She looked off into the distance. "I don't know, Oliver. It was aid the Pevensies would come back. And it's my job to lead them back to Mother." She didn't tell Oliver that she didn't have a heart of ice, and that she didn't want to.

[Todd.]

"Oh..." Oliver nodded slightly and looked around again sighing softly, "I think I've heard their story..." he murmured thinking back, he really had... when he was small perhaps? He shrugged, "if you found them would you really need to take them to mom? Perhaps you could do a surprise and slaughter 'em all at once" he said with a soft purr.

Kaiiyen pretended to consider that. "Well... a slaughter would be very nice..." She mused, a smile spreading over her face. "Yes. That should do it. Thanks, little brother." She patted his head.

Oliver blinked, "you're not going to make that are you?" he asked rising an eyebrow curiously.

"Make what? Mother only wants one." Kaiiyen said, referring to Edmund. "The other three are practically useless." She picked up her own bow and quiver of arrows, all made out of never melting ice.

[Todd.]

"I really don't think you would be able to kill 'em" he said watching her, "you were almost crying because of that bird..." he said.

"All White"

"It was an innocent creature!" She snapped. "It did nothing to you! Or me! It was living its life, just being a bird."

"It's existence was enough to bother me" the boy replied turning the bird over on his hands, "you think I can cook this?"

She muttered under her breath, then said louder. "Sure. Whatever." She turned away and scaled a tree, sitting in one of the branches. She turned, and leaned her back against the trunk, her legs stretched out in front of her. One of her legs hung down. She swung it back and forth as she began to sing 'Mordred's Lullaby', matching the tempo.
