Do you have any pets?" she jumped subject to subject, then felt a hug. "No, actually, normally I go distract the enemy then run from them. I don't really 'fight'. I'm more backup fighting. Yeah, the blood DOES look pretty cool."

Jeff rustled a bit, finally hearing her move. "Are awake. Sleep Well?" he muttered, his eyes still on the sky. He hadn't even slept for a moment, it was rare when he did. Usually only after a bad fight or when he was bored but he had kept himself busy. He turned his head towards her, trying not to move her as he did. Jeff smiled at her, his brown hair slowly blowing with a sudden breeze.

She nodded yes. her goggles flashed that odd pink color. She slowly got off.

"Backup fighting?" Carina put her finger to her lips, dodging around some annoying tree roots. "That's cool. You get to fight yet you don't get hurt." She smiled at Elizabeth. "The only pets I have are some Mystery Snails... you know, those colourful snails that aren't hermaphrodites like most snails? Yeah, they need a snail of the opposite gender to make babies. I have lots of 'em, they're pretty and colourful and when they move it looks awesome but they're snails so they don't move that much... I wanted some fish too but I don't know what kind since I don't know fish as well as snails. Well I don't really know snails that well either, only Mystery Snails..."

... how the heck had she jumped from fighting to snails?

Jeff missed her warm body on his back but he stood up, stretching his body from the current stiffness. "That's good. So what do you want to do now?" he asked her, his hands on the back of his head. There was a lot of things to do but it was up to her. He was never good at making decisions by himself, so he didn't know what the heck to do. Now he looked up at the top of a tree, a bird flying off.

"I'm not really sure". She took off her goggles and looked around with her wine colored eyes. Her glowing eyes scanned him creepily.

"Oh, I like those. I always liked seeing slugs and snails. They look cool, yeah... I'd reccomend something that doesn't eat a lot of what snails eat. The Mystery Snails are freshwater, right? I know that they eat fish food and cucumber.. so maybe a Plecostomus, the ones that eat algae. They're shy though. Or the Dwarf Puffer. They're pufferfish, but freshwater. If you get one, don't get another fish. I've been living for 122 years, so I know a lot about things in water." she said. She loved fish. She used to have a few snails herself. They died before she could name them. Let's just say it took a really long time to name them.

Jeff watched the bird for a few more seconds then looked back at Gale. She was looking at him strangely. "You ok?" he asked her, her eyes making her look a bit freaky. Now he shifted his weight, the silience was eerie. Still he stuffed his hands into his pockets, biting the bottom of his lip, waiting for something, anything.

Her eyes stopped glowing and were beutiful. They seemed to flash different colors in the light. She riased an eyebrow.

Jeff shook his head, his smile returning. "Never mind." he said quietly, her eyes changing colors. Interesting. he thought, never sure if the things she did were because of being a werewolf or just being herself. Still she was both so it was hard to tell the difference between the two. But he paused, feeling like there was something nearby.
