I did want to ask, has anyone found an artist who's fairly inexpensive that we can order Whelkon art from? I'm dying to get some of Fenlas and Calista together, along with some whole family ones that have Aria in them as well.
Since I'm low on pets at the moment its proving to be harder than I thought, and would love to know if anyone has an artist in mind who is good with Whelkon anatomy and all that.

It's surprisingly hard to find artists who draw Whelkon. I can at my art shop, but most of the time when i order, the artist says that they can't draw them. Irritating to say the least.

Well, I didnt quite understand, to be honest. Am I supposed to remove the white background to make it transparent?

Yes, but you have to do it twice in a sense....it's hard to explain unless you can actually see it.
Like....in the actual drawing you always have various layers right? Well, what you have to do is uncheck the bottom -background- layer so that it ISN'T white in the picture. I usually do this last so its easier to see while drawing. And then if you've done that then you can make it transparent like I showed you with the image codes.

I'd recommend doing a couple of colour in's that have backgrounds and experimenting a bit till you figure it out

I guess I got lucky finding three artists who can draw Whelkon well. Charms, firedance101, and Andillion all did a piece for me. I try and find artists who can draw horses and wolves -since Whelkon are basically a mix of the two-
