Dahlia walked around in the woods. She sighed and wished she could live here, but she knew she couldn't. She had to go back to her mother soon.

Gale read the message with a sigh and headed to the Meadow. He was in no way ready to even look at her, but he had to do this. At least Miley allowed him to do this as well.

Tikal felt a bit worried, but more excited at going with Shadow out in the open.

[Light Darkrai]

Shadow: goes hunting and brings back two grooseling
Katniss: meets up with him Shadow's missing, and I'm guessing your daughter is as well

Gale nodded. "Yes. Now I aim to go looking for her. Despite the fact that he fixed my wife, I don't want him near my daughter." he said, walking off. "Now are you coming, or not?" he said, as he hid his smile.

Tikal smiled and lit a fire, roasting the groosling. She added some herbs she had picked and then warmed her hands up. She smiled at Shadow. "Better than the Districts..."

Katniss: You never were very bright, that's why she ran away with him, because they know we wouldn't approve, if you force her to leave him, she'll never forgive you
Shadow: The Districts were worse

Tikal nodded. "Does your mom...ever mention the Games? I know my father did...but he seemed so torn up..it scares me..." she shuddered and cuddled next to Shadow.

Gale shrugged. "So what do you expect us to do? Stay here and wait. Knowing them, they'll never leave."

[Light Darkrai]

Katniss: You need to accept that it's her life, you can't tell her how to live her life, I don't know about you, but I'm not going to to stop my son from seeing your daughter, I'm not getting in the way of love
Shadow: Never, but she still has nightmares from them

[Quit cs]

Tikal nodded. "My dad wasn't in the Games, but he seems to have nightmares too. I dunno...he says that there was a girl named Prim who he worries about."

Gale shrugged. "Of course. Katniss Everdeen, the perfect girl. Never makes a mistake. Even marries the perfect guy." he scowled.

Shadow: Prim was my mother's little sister, during a bombing on the Capitol near the end of the war, she was killed, along with rebel medics, and Capitol children, that's part of why our parents don't like each other, because there's a chance Gale made the bomb that killed her, I don't know
Katniss: sighs You don't get it, they love each other, if we try to separate them, they'll never forgive us

"I know that. But its always what you do is right. You never understand. Not me especially." Gale said, now sad.

"Oh dear...poor Prim. I wonder if perhaps one day the Games may come back..."Tikal sighed. "I hope never."
