Sunpaw padded out of the apprentices den.

Frostfeather looked at her. "Of course!"

"Yeah." Nightfrost mewed. "I'm great, actually."

"Okay!" Rosepaw mews.

Featherclaw smiles, "That's good to hear." He says.

Frostfeather padded to the entrance. "Come on, Rosepaw!"

"Yes." Nightfrost mewed.

Rosepaw padded after the warrior happily. This would be her first time hunting. I hope I'm good at it! She thinks.

Featherclaw swishes his tail against the ground, Thinking.

Sunpaw looked at Featherclaw. "Hey..." He mewed.

Frostfeather stopped near a tree. "Want to try to catch that mouse?" She pointed towards it.

Rosepaw gulped and nodded. "Umm, Yeah." She said. She crouched down into the hunting position. She balanced, then sprang forward and landed a few whispker lengths from it. She slammed her paw on its head and snapped its neck. She took it in her jaws and ran back to Nightfrost. "I did it!" He yelled.

"Hey Sunpaw." Featherclaw said.

"Good job!" Frostfeather was impressed.

Rosepaw held her tail high, She was proud of herself. But, she was still a little nervous. She might have just had begginers luck.

Rosepaw nodded, "We wouldn't want to bring one mouse home
To hungry warriors!" She mewed.

Crowtail sat in the clearing, Bored.
