Echo grunted and bared her teeth, "Your teeth are nothing compared to ours. We crush bones, and not the kind you jackals get. We bite through bones on a daily basis in the wild. Just ask Gheist, only she wouldn't tell you, she would show you." She said angrly.

Gheist nodded her head and snarled at Dase. Her nose was pressed against the fence as saliva dripped from her muzzel.

Echo grunted again, another aggresive sound. "Well for one there is enough flesh on the animal to feed your scrawny hide. Also, you drool to. Gheist must be hungery." She said, glancing at her silent friend.

Gheist lunged at the fence, making a louder rattling sound. Her large jaws snapped shut again as she tried biting through the fence.

Echo made a low 'ooo' sound and backed away from the fence. She looked at her snarling friend and made the same sound at her, "Gheist, stand down. He isn't worth the effort." She said, turning away from the fence and walking away.

Gheist stepped back from the fence. She looked back at Echo and runted at the spotted hyena. She bared her teeth once more at Dase before whirling around to follow Echo.
