Having a hard time training?Or just want to know new tricks?

I don't really let him off near the road,mostly it's in our back yard.Luckily today while garage saleing I hit jack pot and found one of those long nylon leads that are a little over 2 foot,so gonna work with that tomorrow because we have people over.One thing though,so gonna work with that tomorrow because we have people over.And he has been very reliable for the past two weeks,so I thought that he would be fine to take out front when traffic wasn't really bad and no one would really be out across the road from me so distractions were few and far between.

1. never be like "Goochie goochie goo!" To a dog. They don't like it.
2. I don't like the Idea of pets. There taken from there first family for us.

That's not quite true with the 'goochie goochie goo' bit If i were to go and do that to my dog he would wag his tail and get excited and lick me. If a stranger was to do it though, he wouldn't like it. It differs from dog to dog
Also, in a lot of animal's cases, they would be kicked out of the family anyway, when they're older. Not all pets mind. My dog, for example, was bought from another house and he settled in really quickly. No whining. besides, if we didn't separate them, then there'd be a lot of inbreeding and we'd also be overrun with some animals.
