Nkio is not one to be fond of talking.
She can't quiet lie, and she's not quite fond of the truth
So not talking is her primary solution.
However, she is not mute, in fact she does talk
just on 'special' occasions
(let that stir in you mind if you will C':)

Most of the time she just seems cute and shy,
She's seen as a Fluttershy Character
But that is not really her, not at all
She's really a rather dark character saying at the least.
But she finds she can get what she wants, if she pretends to be that cute girl every one thinks she is
So yes, she has two personalities,
Two very very different personalities

Sorry if this personality is a bit odd for a MLP
