Perhaps on this thread, take that third post of yours and do something like a list. Say like this.

User name - # have total
User name - # total

And so on, but make the usernames linked so you can go straight to their page every once in a while to make sure they haven't changed their username. You'd have to keep it updated for it to be effective. If you don't think you have the time I can do it. I'm not always on every single day but I'm on quite a lot. Almost every day. But if I do it then it won't be right below the rules, unless you transfer that 3rd post to my name. I've seen a mod do that before for a RP that changed hands. I don't know. Its an option.

While we're at it, my number for the raffle is 17. What will you do if not enough people enter the raffle in time? Extend the date?
