Personality: Dinah is kind and understanding. She doesn't like it when others pity her because she's blind but she tolerates it well. Because she's blind, this Mystic is more observant and careful and loves to feel around and listen. Dinah's other senses are extra sharp and she loves to go out on walks.


History:

Okay. Well, I remember seeing a face, no two, when I was born. One looked bold and handsome, while the other looked bright and kind. My father was the handsome one and well now you know the other face was my mother! Anyway, my mother, Mary, groomed me well immediately and pulled me close to her stomach. I cuddled up next to her as my parents spoke of how beautiful I looked. As I grew, my parents would always tell me that I looked beautiful every day. They were so kind. Though, beauty comes with a price. One day, I awoke with a fever and fainted a few minutes later.
After a few hours, at least that was how long my parents told me I was asleep, I awoke with dimmed sight and a terrible illness. I later on stood a few days later, feeling feverish and tired. Soon, I got better in just one month but my sight had worsened. Every day after the sickness had left my body, I would complain about my sight but my parents thought it was just the aftermath of the illness I had received. After a while, my sight stopped worsening and I felt relieved. I returned to my daily activities in just a few days later with great joy. Then, one morning, I awoke to darkness and screamed.
"What's wrong with me?" I whimpered once my mother and father came to my side.
"You're just blind, which means you won't be able to see." replied my mother, her voice cracking as she brushed her fur against my own. I felt warm teardrops fall onto my neck as I heard my father whimper lightly. My mother was crying. I soon got used to my blindness and would go outside in the mornings for a walk. Every morning, I would feel around and listen to the soft melody of the world around. It was a gentle song that was rarely heard. Whenever I returned, my parents would greet me, but I would always hear pity in their voice. Normally, I ignored it but one day, I couldn't tolerate it anymore. The monster inside finally escaped the depths of my soul.
"WHAT?!?!?!" I yelled in a high-pitched voice.
"What do you mean?" my father, Kang asked, surprised.
"You treat me differently! I'm just blind! I can still hear and do other stuff!"
"W-we didn't know," my mother said with fright and I sighed, feeling sorry.
"I'm sorry but can't you treat me like you used to? Like the old days?" I asked softly. My parents sighed and promised with a hint of joy. Ever since, they've been keeping that promise. Through life, I've been making friends and having fun like any other Mystic. On my 15th birthday, my parents gave me a necklace that felt warm and a beautiful earring, at least that was what I perceived it to be, since I studied it with my paws and my mother put it in my ear. Some Mystics treat me differently since I'm blind, but I don't care. I know more than them because they don't know the real me.

Why do you want her: She's indeed a beautiful Mystic. Her markings show wonder and beauty and her necklace and earring make her much more than that. This Mystic is breath taking and I want her bad! So beautiful and awesome. The Mystic is indeed wonderful.

What will you do with her: I will draw her and use her in stories. Also, I will stare at her in awe after I make a few drawings of her in my bedroom. I will also make animations of this beautiful Mystic as well as love on her.

Personality:
Sweet and outgoing, and despite being blind, she loves to explore her surroundings, smelling and feeling her way through Ladonia. She is sensitive to others feelings and always tries to help those who are upset. She is an inspiring story and others find it hard to feel bad for themselves and their problems when she is so optimistic despite her condition and they take strength and hope from watching her.
History:
Lacey was born when the moon was at it's fullest and brightest, and her parents were stunned at how beautiful her shiny coat was in the light. And as lovely as she was when she was born she just kept getting prettier as days went by. Her parents lovingly watched her as she began exploring the den, finding it curious that she kept running into walls, but they dismissed it as childish ignorance since she always came straight back to them when they called her. However as Lacey got older it became apparent to her parents that something was wrong with their beloved Myst, she continued running into things and had trouble following the other Mysts as they played. Her eyes were also much more pale and clouded than other eyes. Her parents were deeply saddened by the realization that their child was blind and there was nothing they could do to change that fact. But they took comfort in Lacey's joyfulness, strength, and determination and they soon found that Lacey was navigating her surroundings more and more easily as she learned the sounds and smells of the world. Now she is able to quickly make her way through areas that she has never visited before, carefully finding safe places to step while listening for the telltale sounds of the wind in low hanging branches or the running water of a stream in her path.

One fact about Mystics:
They are the loyal guardians of Ladonia.

Why do you want her:
I just discovered these and she instantly struck me, she is the most beautiful Mystic up for adoption as of now and I love her colors. I also do not currently have a blind character and I'm interested in tackling the challenge of writing about such a character.
What will you do with her:
I will add her to my character thread, draw art of her, and write about her (and if there is ever a roleplay for these I think it would be interesting to roleplay with a blind character).
