Pantherstar looked over at Lizardpaw. "Which one would you like more?" he asked.

(She's afraid he'll get mad and kill her)
"Since when do we hunt for training?" Lizardpaw muttered under her breath. "I don't care" she said loud enough for them both to hear.
Betrayalmask lept on Shadowleap's shoulders. "I didn't say that." he said in her ear.

[Areater]

Shadowleap went limp. "You didn't?"

"Okay. We can fish, since it's kind-of-hot. It'll be nice to get our paws wet" he meowed, heading off in the direction of the river.

Pantherkit followed behind her dad happily

Pantherstar's tail swayed ever so lightly with every step and he even smiled a little.

(yea yea. Well Pantherstar has killed ruthlessly before, so what would stop him from killing Lizardpaw? You'd think she same if you were in her possition)
"Of course not, fox-brain!" Betrayalmask said angrily. "Why would I?" He backed away from Shadowleap. "I wouldn't have said that, even if it were true."
I hope at least we learn a new way to hunt. Lizardpaw thought as she followed Pantherstar

Shadowleap looked over at where Shadetail had been laying. Only streaks of blood were on the ground. "Oh" she said, barely above a whisper.

Pantherstar stopped as they got to the river. ''Do what I do" he meowed, crouching above the water as if above an imaginary fish.

Pantherkit crouched down exactly like her father

Pantherstar's paw shot out and then quickly scooped up, as if grabbing a fish. Then he quickly pretended to claw through it's neck. ''Like that. Except with a real fish" he meowed. "There are other ways, but I find this the easiest"
