"Swiftpelt! Petalfur!" Goldenpaw meowed, slightly out of breath. "Robinstar sent me to get more warriors!" She was kneading her paws in excitement.

"What?" Petalfur pricked her ears and stood up abruptly. "What's wrong?"

"They met up with a Sunclan patrol," Goldenpaw mewed quickly. "He told me to get more warriors in case there's a fight."

Swiftpelt started toward the Warriors' den. "I'll tell the others." He went in, and came out a couple moments later with Brownfoot and Peachspot.

"Okay," Goldenpaw meowed, "Follow me!" She started running toward the river crossing, with the others following her.

Starlingpaw sighed and gave up searching for Cloudkit. It would be impossible, how kits are curious and mighty. He padded back to camp, looking at his paws. How would he explain this? He entered his den and curled down into his nest of moss. Nobody needs me! He closed his eyes glumly.

Starlight filled his eyes. He blinked open his eyes. StarClan hunting grounds? He began searching his way towards TreeClan, but he couldn't remember. A squirrel hopped on the tree, holding a beech nut in its fragil paws.

((Yea, Starlingpaw isn't a part of the patrol, so you should still post here, @wardrobe feel free to have Goldenpaw and the warriors' arrival on the other thread. Also, I've updated the rules, make sure to read them.))

Robinstar

Robinstar silently led his patrol back further from the border before addressing them. "We will not be letting them have any of our territory. If they want help they can go to Nightclan for it. Those miserable Sunclan cats are not going to take away our territory. Last time that territory was taken from us, we were very nearly driven out from both sides. It will not happen again." Any cat could tell that he was venting some steam here, since he had held in his anger to appear strong in front of the other clan.

"Never!" Sablefur yowled in agreement, the fur on her shoulders bristling. She had remembered hearing the elders and some of the older warriors talking of the time when Treeclan was nearly run out of their territory. She bent
her ears back when she remembered how they all talked about the fear or no home. "I promise I'll never let that happen, Robinstar!" she burst out suddenly. She blinked in surprise from her outburst, then sat down and furiously started licking her chest in embarrassment and to calm herself down.

Goldenpaw watched her mentor and Robinstar, startled and stunned. She bent her ears back, watching her mentor yowl like she was going into battle. "C-calm down!" she sthumbled over her own words. She cautiously took a step toward Robinstar. "Don't worry. We won't leaf them take our territory. " Beer ears pricked back up and her tail lashed. "You have many loyal warriors and apprentices. We won't let anyone have our territory!"

"Goldenpaw is right Sablefur." Robinstar said with a concerned look to the young warrior. "Let's go back to camp and get something to eat, everyone's tensions are high we don't need anyone overstressed. Later this afternoon I want to take all the apprentices for some battle practice, Goldenpaw, you should make sure you've gotten some rest before that." Robinstar instructed, leading the cats back towards their camp.
