5-7 days a week,depends on if I'm not busy with "real life" situations. I'm most active during the weekends and during the summer.
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
2 hours during the weekdays is the minimum, a lot of the time I'll be on around 3-4 hours, and around 6 hours or more on the weekend. A lot of the time, I browse the CS Problems and Suggestions board to see if there are any questions that haven't been answered that I know I can answer, and if I don't know the answer I will usually search for it. I will also browse the Introductions from time to time to welcome new members.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example do you speak any other languages, or have you had any experience in peer mediation? Do you consider yourself a trade-value expert? Do you already answer a lot of questions in the forum? Do you know how all the tools/options in the oekaki work?)
Well, I've already answered quite a few questions in the CS Problems and Suggestions board, with confidence in my answers and I know my pet rarities pretty well and can tell when a trade is unfair and possibly what could be added to it to make it fair. I'm not perfect, but I'm getting there. I've also been involved in peer mediation for about a couple years in my school and have learned a bit on how to solve problems between people. I do know the basics of French enough that I can communicate easily if ever needed. I am learning more of it as will as learning Spanish and somewhat communicate with fluidity.
I know quite a bit about the oekaki and what the tools do. I enjoy drawing on there and sometimes help others out by redlining their drawings.
Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I want to be a General Helper because I want to help and guide new members in the right direction, weather it be in trading or just helping with every day questions about the site. I enjoy answering questions, even if they might be the same thing over and over again, I have the patience to answer those questions. I want to be able to make CS an enjoyable experience for everyone, answering questions and helping people out with all their questions with kindness and show respect toward everyone. I am a very approachable and friendly person, and am calm. I am mature and can handle tense situations and never ever try to lose my temper on anything, even if it were something silly. It would be like crying over spilt milk, when the solution is clear and can be handled easily with a calm attitude.

5.Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position: Peer mediation, yes. I have resolved fights between peers and helped sort things out. I can answer fairly simple questions, or I could walk a newbie through the site if they needed ^^ I don't mind helping new members unless their being rude, then we have a problem.
6.Why do you want to be a General Helper? I want to help as many members as I can and make Chickensmoothie a happy, friendly place where people can ask questions
I have learned so much over the year from older members, despite me being a year old, I know many things. I can answer questions on the help forum or I can answer PMs from users, as I have before. I want people to ask me questions, so bring it on : D
I would like to help others as I have been helped before, so it's like repaying chickensmoothie users a new generation or a new member at a time.

(this is not required) I have taken Spanish for 5 years, so I'm alright at speaking it, albeit a little dusty, as well as fluent in English. I answer a good amount of questions in the 18+ forum. I was a miniature mod for another site and the skills I used while communicating with angry, frustrated, confused or unhappy users may transfer to this site. I am familiar with this site and the BBC coding here and will be able to give advice on that. I can be a help to those that have questions about RP'ing, especially when it becomes more advanced roleplaying. I used to RP on this site but have since moved offsite. I can help with pointers on writing, dialogue, & character creating. I am very friendly, approachable, level-headed, patient and persistent.

5. Why do you want to be a General Helper? I just like helping people. To know that I've assisted someone else or answered someone's question (even if it is for the millionth time) makes me feel happy inside, even if I don't get a 'thank you'. I just want the chance to make someone else feel welcome when they might be overwhelmed. Making at least one person smile a day is my personal goal and if this position is something that helps me do that, than all the better. Even if I don't get my name changed to a different color, I'll still help out other users whenever it is possible and appropriate. Thank you for your consideration!

How many days a week do you usually visit CS? : Pretty much every day a week, however Sundays and Mondays I will likely be off.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position? : I could help with Oekaki, and I know quite a bit about punctuation- But not everything. :3 Even though I don't see how that would help. I do answer questions every now and then as well, and if you ask me to do something, I will gladly do it.

I love helping people, and I also used to get off-account pets, since about 2009. So I am rather more experienced then one may think. I also can be fun, and I would love to answer questions. I also used to stalk the forums. x3

I do have some particular skills. I know what almost every tool does in oekaki and I can work them quite well. I love explaining things and helping others out. I am good at trading advice and know my rarities quite well. I know a bit of Spanish but not much but I have a cousin that lives with my family who can speak Chinese and help me with that kinda of issue. I can adapt quickly to site changes which makes it just as easy to navigate through the pages. I always have time for Cs and I am always open to help users with their trading skills considering I know what it's like to be scammed. I like to gift the newbies and make them feel welcome to the site.
Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I want to be a general helper because I love CS. I always have time even if I have homework I always find time for CS. I'm on most of the day unless I have school which isn't dreadfully long time I usually get on CS at 4-6 EST and stay on till I either fall asleep or have to go to sleep.

•Over the time I have been on chickensmoothie, I've learned so much and I want to help others learn all of these things just as I did. And if I were to become a General helper it would be the biggest honor I've ever had. My special skills would be that I understand things better than others. I can explain emotions or objects very thoroughly, and I believe that this will help me to perform as a general helper. I would be able to explain to someone how something works, or what they need to do, if they were to come up to me and ask. I am also very patient and calm when answering questions, and I always have a good manner towards others when answering questions that may have been asked multiple times before. I do have experience in mediation and working through arguments and turning them into agreements. I know the forums well and I have made many posts in a multitude of places. Lastly, I am good with rarities and am reasonable when making trades. I have a pretty good knowledge of how many pets there may be of one type.

Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I would like to be a general helper because I have always felt the need to help others, and I would love to be more involved in Chicken Smoothie. I like to help out because I feel as though I have done something good. I feel that I am very respectful of others and I would be a wonderful choice for the position.

I'm fluent in english and almost fluent in japanese, I doubt many people on this site speak only japanese so I doubt this will really matter much, but you never know! I've had lots of experience with oekaki since I do it a lot, (not that I'm any good at it but still. x3), so I could help somebody with that if they needed it. c: I also have some rarity knowledge that I stick in the back of my head just in case I need to use it when trading. Most of all, I've been around this site for a year and a half and I know many many things on here that I know new users wouldn't.

Why do you want to be a General Helper?
Being a helper on a very, very popular site online is probably one of my motives, but the absolute biggest reason is that I can help people and welcome them to the game. I'd love this job completely! If I were to do anything, CS Help Related, I'd like to be a general helper as it's not too hard of a job to handle. You can meet some really awesome users, and welcome them to the game!
