Bast watched as the cubs fought."My oh my! Jordan sure does want to be king..." Bast's maw unwillingly broke out into a grin. The cubs reminded her of her old pride, before she got exiled. A rush of anger consumed her. Bast quickly relaxed her face, and her emotions, hoping no one saw. She was trying to keep her tough exterior.
