Welcome everyone! This here is Meow Palace!
This is my 2nd art shop, and my first was kind of a bust. It's been a bit now, and no one even filled out forms for the free ones. Well, I guess horses aren't too popular.
But anyway, you're here to hear about Meow Palace, not my other art shop, if I'm correct, right?
Here, I draw kitties! They are 100% Free to adopt!!! My only request is that you don't ask for more than 5 a day. I will have the current status of how I'm coming along with adoptables in the post below this. If I get so many orders I've lost track of who gets what, I will temporarily hold all adopts. Don't worry, it will only be until about half or more of those orders are completed.

Some people may think the eye on the example is a bit high up, so you can request to lower it if you'd like. I do have add ons, which are free too.

I am constantly adding more! I can even do custom add ons! Just ask for, say, a ribbon bow on it's head, and I'll draw it. A picture reference would help, but it's not needed.

Who's side are you on today?
Welcome to Outfitter's Wars! Sorry for the colorful mess here, our background makers are pretty stuborn with their work. We have Salla here, who adores this red sunset-like color, and then there's Allison, who says this deep purple is to die for. It doesn't matter what they say, though. We need YOUR opinion. So, help them out a bit. Put your username in either this color (#FF4040) to vote up Salla, or put your username in purple (#400080) to vote up Allison! Once it gets up to 125 votes, Salla wins (+1). If we get down to 0 votes, Allison wins (-1). They'll never keep their opinions the same for long, so check back often to see what they fickle next! We always start off at 75.

Yes, it is the ever-dreaded rules
1) Keep these on CS (PM me if you want to use it as say an avatar elsewhere)
2) No whinning or complaining
3) DO NOT STEAL!!!
4) Respect the owner (me) and the mods. Also everyone else. I WON'T take any excaptions for cursing, anger, or demands
5) NEVER EVER curse. I don't care if oyu put it all in these *#&$^$@@%!^? or whatever, just don't, and let off your steam elsewhere
6) These CAN NOT be resold
7) My signature must always stay (if you figure out a way to erase it)
8) No more than 5 adoptables by any one person per day (not exacly 24 hours, I prefer to go by my time zone for the day)
