Demand wise, it is fair, maybe missing an advent on your side or so.. Rarity wise, it's off by a low-Mid Sep's list on your side as well.~

It depends on the traders really. Some people prefer more 'equal' trades, where one line-jump is equal to a bottom advent or un-listed '08 R to a '10 VR. Demand wise, with the PPS lion, I'd say it's fair.~ A second opinion would be advisable, as people may have a different take. Also note that the lion's demand will fall, and it will be at most a 2012 rare.

I'd say it is slightly unfair to the '10 uncommons, since the '11 Easter Rare is quite a common rare, although it's only off by a tad to the '10's.
