The first one is unfair to them. . The Second is unfair to you I'm prettysu and the third they are overpaying rarity wise but I don't know much about demand.

1. I think it's fair ^^
2. Since the demand for rainbow mane is super-low, I think it is almost fair, maybe just slightly off. I dunno the value of the PPS cocoon
3. The July lion is highly overpriced, and without the demand this would be unfair to them, but I'm not too into the 'overpaying cuz it's popular' thing, I can't say you should listen to me :P
