Goldensong chuckled and took the kit up and Emberstar mewed, "He looks like my father." Hawkfang took the Tom and mewed, "All boys so far Sparrowsong!" he rubbed the top of the golden kits head.

Rubystorm's eyes glinted and she mewed, "I crush like you too Moonheart, and have done for a long long time."

Sparrowsong purred, and the next kit came out easy, it was a red tabby kit with white paws, muzzle and tail tip, and a she-cat, it looked just like Sparrowsong, but the kit didn't have the white underbelly.

Moonheart purred and flicked an ear. "Thats good, I was afraid you didn't, even if Gremlinstorm said you did."

[walk.]

Hawkfang purred and mewed, "You have a daughter Sparrowsong!" Pondweed handed the kit straight to Goldensong and mewed, "She looks just like you, but with no white underbelly."

Rubystorm purred and nudged him and mewed, "I don't lie about my love Moonheart."

Sparrowsong purred, then she let out a loud meow of pain as another kit was born, she was a blue-grey flecked kit, also a she-cat, and the red tabby queen purred.

Moonheart purred and blinked his eyes.

Pondweed purred and mewed, "She is gorgeous Sparrowsong, really lovely!" Hawkfang took the kit and grinned.

Rubystorm chuckled and snuggled into him.

Sparrowsong purred, and she felt hardly any pain when the last kit came out, it was a brown kit with white paws and muzzle, and a she-cat, it was also the smallest and weakest of the litter.

Moonheart smiled and licked Rubystorm's ear.

Hawkfang purred and took the last kit. She sniffled slightly and coughed and Hawkfang mewed worriedly, "This little one is not well at all Pondweed." Pondweed took the newborn kit and mewed, "I'll give her some tansy." he fed it to the little kit who still sniffled, but her cough was gone. Hawkfang st down beside Sparrowsong and mewed, "Now onto the names."

Rubystorm grinned and purred lightly.

Sparrowsong liked the little kit after Pondweed had given her sone tansy, and then she looked at Hawkfang. "Do you have any ideas for names?"

Moonheart grinned and flicked his tail.

[walk.]

Hawkfang mewed, "You should choose at least four of the kits names." he licked her and chuckled lightly as the eldest came bounding over and squeaked, "What's my name gonna be?!"

Rubystorm signed and lay down in the dirt.

Sparrowsong purred, and she looked up as the eldest kit came over, and she thought for a moment. "Hmm...what about Oakkit?"

Moonheart blinked his eyes and looked into the river.
