Blue Rose + ? = UR Apple

I'm going to take a swing here, it would bee around 2 more blue rose dogs since 3 of them are equivalent to a Blue balloon which is only 2 steps higher than the apple. Maybe add another Rose dog and something like the lime ice rat? (o:
