3.How many days a week do you usually visit CS? Usually seven days a week. I sometimes am buisy with other things though, such as walking my dog, doing homework, gardening... etc.
4.How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? Sometimes 4 or more hours, usually about 2 and a half hours.
5.Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position (this is not required) (for example do you speak any other languages, or have you had any experience in peer mediation? Do you consider yourself a trade-value expert? Do you already answer a lot of questions in the forum? Do you know how all the tools/options in the oekaki work?) I do try to find questions under the 'CS Suggestions and Problems', I know most of the oekaki tools, I know fair trades and unfair trades (if not I use the 'Is This Fair' thread), and I made an abbreviation guide for those who are still new with CS (link in signature).
6.Why do you want to be a General Helper? I just love helping others. It makes me happy to see someone else happy. As you can see in my interests, I love recieving PM's (as long as they are nice of course).

1003, so far. (1003 is a special number for me. It would take too long to explain, though.)
3. How many days a week do you usually visit CS?
Every day, usually.
4. How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
I've been on so often, I honestly couldn't count, but I'm on all the time, unless I'm at school, or am forced to get off. (By my mother) If I have to guess, I'd say about 7 hours on average. I've never counted before.
Wait...let me rephrase that. I'm online an average of 7 hours a day, but some of the time, I'm on other sites, but I check back every five or so minutes to see if I have any new messages, trades, or replies.
5. Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?:
Well, I speak English, but a couple of times, I've had full conversations with German and French speaking Smoothians with the help of Google Translate. I'm not an extreme Oekaki-er, but I know the tools fairly well. (I'm just too self conscious to like any of my drawings. Practice makes perfect, I guess!)
Most of my friends have younger siblings, and I volunteer at the preschool down the street, so I've had experience in settling arguments and finding reason. I was on the student leader board at school, so I know how to handle myself and apply myself to situations. Plus, I love meeting newbies and so sometimes I'll visit the intro forum and gift free pets to the new ones. Sometimes I'll even send a welcome message to the newest players! (When I see them on the index page, under everybody else who is online).
I usually keep a cool head. I've been angry at people before, but I usually hide it. I have yet to get in a big fight. I usually try to take the side of whoever is right. Even if I have to side against my friends.
6. Why do you want to be a General Helper?
Well, ever since I was younger (about preschool age) I loved helping people however I could. Whether it was bagging groceries, giving directions, or filling a couple of KONGs with peanut butter, using an old fork. (Yeah...don't ask. )
I'm on the forums most of the time, so I'm frequently roleplaying or playing forum games. Being a General Helper would expand what I could do here, by giving people advice and insight in how to get around CS. It would allow me to be useful, and that's truly the only reward I would ever need.
So to make a long story short: I would be overjoyed to point the Smoothians where they need to go, and wear my name in pink proudly with dignity and respect.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position: Well, I've had a bit of experience with moderation, and not just on here. I'm a Roleplay Moderator on a chatsite / chatland called My Immortal, which is centered around warrior cats. I worked for the position for about ... three years, maybe. I know how to work the Oekaki fairly well, and I'm normally very friendly towards others. I know my way around the site and can answer a fair amount of questions regarding it.
Why do you want to be a General Helper?: I believe it's a great opportunity. A lot of members would love to have this position. It doesn't really matter if I'm chosen or not, I'd just like to help others the best I can, even if I don't gain the job myself.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position: Very familiar with the oekaki, BBC coding, and the workings of the site in general.

Why do you want to be a General Helper? I'd love the chance to give back to this community; it's become my 'home' on the internet, especially as of late. While I understand that it would be possible even if I weren't a General Helper, the position would break some of the barriers for me, and would allow me to contribute more openly to the community. It seems like it would be great motivation to really get involved and meet some members that I might otherwise never talk to.

I'm on CS every day.

In the summer, I'm usually on 2-5 hours, and during the school year, 2-4.

Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?:

Well, I'm patient, and am willing to answer the same questions over and over again. I know a lot about the oekaki, and can answer practically any question given to me. I can also help with role playing since I have been involved in many myself, and I'm good at explaining stuff that is CS-related, although I could use some guidance in facilitating fair trades. I have a positive attitude, and am open to constructive criticism.

Do you speak any other languages?

I have been taking Spanish, for six years, but I still have quite a bit to learn before I'd consider myself experienced.

Do you consider yourself a trade-value expert?

As I said earlier, I still require some assistance in intermediate to expert trades. But, I can easily help with basic trades. For instance, recent pets and hoards. Also, I would definitely be willing to learn from current trade-value experts.

Do you already answer a lot of questions in the forum?

So far I have answered around one hundred questions, but I will still try to answer more questions in the future.

Do you know how all the tools/options in the oekaki work?

Yes, I am familiar with the oekaki. I know all about the shading, and lining and have good aesthetics. The only things I have trouble understanding are the noise and the box blur.

Why do you want to be a General Helper?

I would like to be a General Helper so I can help people have a better experience with CS. I have already gotten so much help from the staff, now I would like to repay their favors. I love helping people whether it is with important tasks, or small jobs, and I would like to have more of an opportunity to help others on CS. In addition, I pride myself on being a decent artist and I could give many helpful tips on using the oekaki. Finally, I am a patient person who can explains CS topics well. I can assist younger members and I can answer any questions, even it is repeated multiple times. Thank you for considering my application and I hope you realize why I should earn a spot as a general helper.

Well, i'm not very up on languages, but I know my way around the forums (as I post on a multiple of forums), I'm pretty good with oekaki tools, I know the rules of by heart and who to direct people to if they need help that I can not give them.
Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I admire Spotty, and I really want to be like them. Helping people is a lot of fun - it makes me feel good, and I like to 'meet' new people. Ok, i'll grant it to you I haven't been on CS long, but you guys are a really friendly community, and I want to give something back.

I try to visit everyday, but sometimes I have other stuff that's more important to do. It's not very often that I don't get on.
How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit?
Usually I get on for about 3-4 hours. Depends on what I'm doing. Sometimes I may only get on for two or three hours. Like I said before. It all depends on what's going on.
Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?
I can fluently speak French as well as a few words in other languages. I also consider myself a trade expert. Even though I only came here in 2011 I have read through the rates list, advent list, and other rarity things, as well as constantly helping other traders in the forums.
Why do you want to be a General Helper?
Why do I want to be a General Helper? It would be a great way to give back to the CS community. The mods and the other staff have worked so hard to make CS a great place, and I would love to be a part of that. I am very responsible, I know my duties and I won't get mad if someone gives me a hard time. The key thing is to take a deep breath and speak calmly. I have been in situations with arguments where people have used caps lock and exclamation points, but instead of yelling back, I'm calm. It's something you have to practice.

November 10th, 2011. This date is not accurate. I had made an account sometime in April of 2011, but I had taken a break from CS and I had forgotten my username and password. But don't worry, I have since memorized the username and password of this account.

All of them! But there is the ocasional day where I am just too busy to spend time online and there are things around the house do be done or I have places to go.

4.How many hours per day do you usually spend on CS, on a day that you do visit? Well I don't have much to do, so I am typically on CS for about 5-6 hours a day, maybe? Let's just say that I am on here a lot.

5.Can you think of any particular skills you can bring to the position?
I do have some Spanish knowledge, and I am currently taking courses to expand my Spanish vocabulary. I have used the Oekaki/ChibiPaint program many times on many other different sites, so I know what every tool does. I do know a bit about trade values. But since all the pet rarities changed, I'll have to figure out all of the rarities again. But I am a fast learner and will soon be an expert on them once again. I've always been a respectful person. If I have some bad feelings for someone or they've got some bad feelings about me, I just put it behind me and move on. Respect for all people is a priority.

6.Why do you want to be a General Helper?
I love helping people! It's a great feeling, once you've sucessfully helped someone. I love helping in real life AND online. People arent' afraid to approach me for help in the real world because they know that I'm friendly and would be more than happy to help. I'd love to help out people in an area where I'm knowledgeable, even if it is just on the internet about a website.

I do know how to function all the told in oekaki. The only thing I lack in that is I forget how to make the background transparent, but I can easily go and check that again. I have read all the rules in every part of the forum, this may not seem big, but I think it is a great thing. I have re read them all recently as well, so I am very refreshed . I am also great with the coding used on this site. I am not good with html, but the BBCode I have almost mastered. Im pretty decent at trades, aside from the rares lists, I don't follow those often. But with the new system, I think this would change.

I would love to be a general helper because even though I have a smaller chance at it, I do like helping people. I am getting extra time here when school starts back up in 2 weeks, I wont have as much to handle (believe it or not). I do believe I can handle this. I love chickensmoothie.com and please don't think this is weird, but I did have a dream I became part of the staff once.... I would also love the opportunity because I think that helping you guys would be an honor, I understand you guys are very busy, and I would love to take some of that off your shoulders by helping answer questions so that you can focus on the harder parts of chickensmoothie. I do understand I wouldn't be a part of the staff, but I would love to be a help. You guys don't have much time on your hands, and I would be more then happy to help release some of the stress. I do get frustrated sometimes, but never in a million years would I think of even attempting to act rude. This is a big responsibility, and if I didn't follow it, what reputation would I have a chickensmoothie? a terrible one, I don't think anyone wants that..
