Nastariot woke up, his vision still swirling with darkness at the edges.

Abby shrugged. "I'm starting to miss the big slime ball... He was an awesome pet." ...

Mewnight walked down the hall. "I think his room is over here."

"awesome pet huh?" a voice said.

A nurse led them to the room.

Nastariot saw them enter, and he shook his head to clear his blurry vision.

Abby blinked and looked around. "Alex? Did you say something?" She asked.

Mewnight looked at Nastariot. "Very impressive performance back there." He said, smiling.

Alex shook his head. "no."

Nastariot looked up, and smiled. "thanks... But something so simple almost knocked me out... Maybe I'm not meant to be in this competition...."

Abby looked down. "Strange. I swore I heard someone talk to me."

He nodded. "But you were the best one there. Though, if you feel the need to leave the competition, nobody is forcing you to stay." Mewnight said.

Nastariot shrugged. "either way... I'm ready to continue." he climbed out of the bed and landed swiftly on his paws. "the first round is tomorrow, the telekinesis trials."

Mewnight nodded. "Well good luck to you. But don't be so hard on yourself this time. You don't want to end up in the hospital after each round."

Nastariot nodded and went to the training field to practice.

Eclarius entered the hospital, shrunken to the size of mewnight. "where is the first qualifier?" he asked, he nurse pointed and led him to Nastariot.

Mewnight watched him go, then looked at the others. "Let's go. The next round starts tommarow."
