Friesia shrugged and got up, going into the kitchen to make lunch.

Friesia came back out and set Ember's plate in front of him. "You want any coffee?" she asked Dain.

"black, no sugar please." Dain looked at her.

Ember wolfed his food down happily.

"Okay." Friesia went back into the kitchen.

Christopher smiled at the five kittens who were still awake and began to play with them, mindful of the kitten on his shoulder.

Dain flopped back on the sofa and relaxed.

The kittens soon wore themselves out and were sleeping in Christopher's lap

Christopher gave Cat a look that said 'Do I look like a bed to you?'

Friesia soon returned with her lunch and Dain's coffee. "Ember... why am I not surprised you ate that so fast?"

Cat smirked at him and laid on her chair.

"thank you." Dain took his coffee.

Ember looked up at her, begging for more.

"No, Ember, you've had enough." Friesia finished her lunch.

Christopher shook his head. "Guess I'm not going to be moving anytime soon."
