Joey chuckled softly and smiled, giving a nod of reply. "Alright, see you both later."

Seth smiled happily and nodded, "Bye guys." He answered, walking outside.

Lily smiled and waved, then headed out with him. As they were beginning to walk out, they saw some of Lily's friends. She smiled and waved to them as they walked over. "Hey Parker! Hey Ben!"

Seth raised an eyebrow and blinked dismissively, possessively tightening his arm around Lily's shoulders. In all honesty he had never been much for some of Lily's friends but he normally made his attempts to be polite and kind.

Lily smiled, chatting with them a bit. She showed them the ring as she beamed proudly, then talked with them a bit more. As they were saying their goodbyes, Parker hugged her. "I'll miss you Lils," he said softly in her ear, then pulled her face towards his. Just before their lips touched, Lily quickly backed away, staring at him in shock. "Seth, let's go," she murmured, taking his hand and turning to walk away.

Seth froze angrily, immediately glaring at Parker and starting towards him until Lily grabbed his hand. He frowned angrily and clenched his teeth, glaring at Parker for a moment before turning and stalking after Lily.

Lily led him back to her house, staying silent the entire time. What was that? Why had Parker tried to kiss her?

Seth frowned in annoyance, following after her and echoing her thoughts in his own, though his were a bit more violent with hostile thoughts towards Parker.

When they got inside, Lily walked up to her room without a word.

Seth frowned, closing the door after they walked in before sitting in one of the chairs in the living room, running a hand through his hair.

After she'd changed clothes, Lily walked downstairs and looked at him, feeling guilty. "Look, Seth, it didn't mean anything."
