I like the new update, it means finally people won't charge me a tonne for a halloween pet that was accidentally rare and now uncommon. <'3 Goals may be easier to achieve, but it also means that I've lost a lot of my rares and very rares. :c Oh well.

But Nick, PLEASE remove the bar underneath our pet which says the rarity! PLEASE! A word was fine, this is irritating.

I like the changes, thought they do not affect me anymore.
the bar was a very good idea. now it is easier to see rarity changes in a trade groups by simply scanning them once quickly, without having to read.

Nice, it's really good to see a more objective rarity spectrum among active users. I seem to have magically acquired a few more Rares in the light of this as well. |D

One question; does this take away the need for using date to calculate a pet's worth?

Before the changes, many people stated in their rules that an uncommon '09 wasn't worth an uncommon '12, because less people were playing CS in the olden days so older pets are rarer. Now that the inactive accounts have all been removed and rarities are accurate, does that mean that an uncommon '09 is now worth the same as an uncommon '12, and a rare '11 is worth the same as a rare '08?

Oh, and is there a way to turn the colour bar off, and just have a normal text saying 'Uncommon' or 'Common'?

I much preferred it when it was just text. This may be my Asperger's showing but there's too much colour D8 At first I went 'oh cool' but I'm already getting tired of them.

I would think that still is in effect, date-wise. I'm still going to trade by date. The rarity system may be more accurate now but there is still a difference between an 09 uncommon to a 12 uncommon.

I really like the coloured bars(easier to see at a glance, handy for newbies/younger users, etc.), but I think ^ that's a good idea, maybe have it on for everyone by default but let us turn it off in the account options?

I haven't had a chance to see the changes fully, but I was wondering if in future there'll be different levels of rarity on the sliders? Like two pets who are both uncommon but one is closer to rare on the bar than another?

I didn't see this mentioned, but I only scanned quickly, so forgive me if you mentioned it, but does this mean they'll automatically be updated now as well, instead of manually?
