Most of the Rares List has always been VR - and the UR 2009 Dog has been VR for a long time, it hasn't changed recently at all. I don't think the Rares List has been affected much, just the younger years. (09-12 more than 08.)

Just see the new system as a minor downbump, like it happens with the advent re-release, the pets will have their old rarities back in a few months, since daily new people are joining.

Why so September 08 pets have there own group? Is there like some reasoning behind this? What there a huge user increase at the time or something?

The rarity wouldn't impact the list by too much. It might go lower but not off the list.

Let's let the economy cool down before we even think of moving anything. But I highly doubt things will move in the first place.
