It's only halfway through the month. People are still adopting this months pets so chances are that te rarity will go down.

I expect the same thing might happen to the owl pps as well since it doesn't seem that hard to find, but we'll see at the end of the month when the rest of this months pet rarities go up I suppose

its not the end of the month yet so people can still adopt(new people or people who havent been able to get on this month) so I wouldnt be surprised if its rarity went down by the end of the month
same with the lions, I expect it will endup rare like the July lioness
