"just take it one at a time," she told him. "a small town is a smaller target, a large army is a place to get killed." she laid against the tree as the sun raised itself into the magnificently blue sky.

(ok, Saphira we won't go too far without you.)
Erin realized what she said could be taken wrong. "what I meant was that a small town can do a lot, they have a fighting chance." she shut up, now would be a good time for duct tape, she reflected.

Erin didn't reply. she figured not saying anything was better than saying something. she turned away from him and played with the bark on the tree against her back. something to keep her nervous fingers occupied.

He sighed and stood up, the branch under him cracked and he feel, he yelled and grabbed hold of the next branch, he flipped backwards and held onto another branch for dear life. Managing to draw his chin and chest over a branch he did and laid on it panting from the scare it gave him.

Erin lunged down after him. she reached him and laid a hand on his back, trying to steady him. "Are you okay?" she asked, she pulled her hand away as soon as he had his balance.
(sorry, keep getting distracted:P )

Erin smiled, there is only one sunrise in the day. what if there was more than one she asked herself. then there would be multiple days... but what if the rules of life changed and said there were two sunrises in a day. that would be weird, she decided and left it at that. She swung around the tree, climbing so she was underneath him, partially out on her branch. she looked up at him, hoping they would part on good terms this time.
(WB, by the way, thoughts like that bounce around in Erin's mind constantly although i rarely write them out because they are irrelevant and sometimes annoying:P (and take too long to type out))
