Dain smirked and shook his head. that's what happens when you mother your dog too mcuh...

Christopher came out and placed Ember's lunch in front of him, then gave Friesia hers and sat down on the couch to eat his. "Sorry Ember, but you can't go raiding the fridge all the time~"

Friesia looked at Dain. "Want some coffee?"

Ember whimpered and tried to get off his back, failing.

Christopher pushed Ember off his back. "There, that should do it."

Friesia smiled back and turned to look out the window again.

Ember wolfed down his food happily.

Christopher looked around and saw that everyone was settled. "Hey, I'm gonna be right back, I need to see how Cat's doing." He disappeared.

Cat wasstill looking after het kittens, even though she was bleeding badly, they were her priority...
