None of CS's cats look like Saffy because there are no cream spotted tabbies Q_Q

She's all oily due to her eardrops. Will be glad when her infection goes away so that I can give her a sponge bath with a washcloth to get rid of the oils.

Yay! I can finally show off my two kitties!!!
First of all, let me add that I've been working with a local cat rescue organization for 8 years now, and have loved every moment of it! I've taken in foster cats/kittens, helped find new homes for them, and taken care of them by cleanings/playing with them, and it has been a blast! I am proud and lucky to say that I have two adorable cats of my own, one of them being my former foster kitten (I had him for around a year, which was the longest I'd ever had a foster kitten, and decided to keep him as a pet). My 1st cat I got when I was very young (I had bugged my mom for one for years). She's a calico cat, I think, but it's a little difficult to tell. Perhaps you can help? She has medium-length glossy white fur, with a black tail and a brown tiger patch on her left ear/eye. I was told she was a calico, but because of the marking placements I almost want to say she's a Turkish Van. Who knows, lol! I still love her to death, either way! Anyways, her name is Chloe (Lolo for short) and she's getting up in age. Most of the time you can find her lounging lazily around the house (usually on top of a couch). She's been great about letting the foster cats roam around the house, though she prefers her privacy and doesn't like to play with them all that often.
My 2nd cat is a young black and white tom (around 2 years of age) and is my baby boy! His name is Kirby (he came with the name, though I must say, I love it!) and is quite the character! He loves to cuddle (he usually curls up on my lap when I'm on the CPU) and is a master hunter (his toy mice, of course!) He has an unusually high-pitch meow, and loves to talk! He hides under beds and swats people's feet as they walk by. He also has no trouble finding something to get into, and most of the time, destroy! He's also very lean and longer than usual, which makes him look a bit goofy. He's a very sweet kitty, though, and has an awesome personality. c:

calico is a colour patern not a breed ,cat breeds can only be told by having papers

calicos tend to have 2 colours commenley black and ginger tabby and large white patched(tortishells do not have this large white) and only can be female as the gene is in the x cromazone and males are XY(some males can be XXY but cant breed)

my ella is belived to have a calico mother mostley cause her legs show calico a little bit (small bit of ginger) and her sister was a calico(she was the one i allmost got till i picked up ella) her brothers allso where mostley seal brown like ella but there was one flame point

While we're on the topic of Calicos...

Image
Our calico, Reese. I have a lot of people tell me Reese is an odd looking cali and I think it might be because the edges on some of her black patches are so blurred. Particularly on the back of her head, her tail, and one cheek she's got what I would call ticking. It's just random black hairs mixed with the orange and they seem to follow the tabby lines. One the back of her head it's orange hairs ticked into the middle of a black pitch. She's pretty quirky personality wise. She likes to sit on shoulders and, when she was little, she would constantly sit on her hind end with her front paws up, trying to look over something. She's also has quite a bit of anxiety in new situations and with new people due to being under-socialized as a kitten (she was rescued from a brother's friend). Anything new that we add to the house that isn't like something she's seen before takes her a long time to not be scared of.

EDIT: This is how tiny she was when we first got her. That's a teacup saucer she's eating out of xD
In my brother's hands
"Only ignorance! Only ignorance! How can you talk about only ignorance? Don't you know that it is the worst thing in the world, next to wickedness? - and which does the most mischief, heaven only knows. If people can say 'Oh! I did not know, I did not mean any harm,' they think it is all right."
