You may--

-Color (You don't say?!)
-Redo Back Ground
-Redo Shading
-Add MINOR Line Edits
-Add Items Like Collars, Bandannas, etc.
-Suggest Items for me to Add in BOLD text
-Use for Mate Lines for Characters and Fursonas if you Credit Me

You Cannot--

-Redo Lines Completely
-Make this Drawing Unrecognizable
-Remove my Signature
-Claim as Your Own
-Do Major Line Edits (Got it?)
-Use Other's Designs and Claim as Your Own (Though gifts are okay if you give credit)
-Take Off-site. NO exceptions.

How can choose where to put a drawing? I thought it posted in the forum it started in...

It is, but since I based it off of my drawing in the Beginner's Oekaki, I needed to change the names of the layers so that I could make it an editable by requests. Well, I hit "Color-Me In" and forgot to save it and then switch to editable, so it was posted in Beginner's. Mods moved it, though c:
