"there was a murder at the college, the evidence points to you." the officer said. "you aren't the only suspect however, one other was arrested moments ago."

"rules are rules." the officer said. "let justice take its course."

Melody looked at mewnight. "listen... There will most likely be a trial, it will be fair."

Mewnight growled and narrowed his eyes.

Cyrus squirmed and hissed loudly at the officers.

The officers placed Cyrus in a truck.

Shilo saw the officers open the truck and place Cyrus inside. "Cyrus....?" she asked in a weak whisper.

Cyrus stayed in a corner, not wanting to talk. He looked angry and sad.

Shilo sighed. "this is all my fault... I lost control.."

Cyrus stayed silent. He couldn't believe he was taken into custody for something he didn't do.

The police officer that wasn't driving looked back at them. "listen.. I'm sorry both of you got caught up in all this." he said. "I knew that college was bad news since the day it opened, and I know both of you are innocent." he added.

Shilo looked up, confused. "then why arrest us?"

"because, we aren't taking you to prison, you're going to a safehouse until this situation is resolved." the officer said. "your families will be taken there as well."

Cyrus looked at them.
