Areyette looked down again, before hearing his words. Slowly, she lifted her head, not sure of why he'd want to see her face. She arose as he looked out of the cave and turned, so that she was looking the way he was, but not taking any steps closer. That's a nice reason. It's doog you'd want to be closer and for your prise to be blessed. It's... thoughtful." She wasn't sure if she should have called him thoughtful or not, or if she would regret it. But, she still looked at him, building up confidence, and not cringing.

I feel...Pleased"Yes, I suppose it's, thoughtful..." he said more quietly now, watching they way everyone had just started to awaken and emerge from caves. The leader looked how the lioness stood; her good posture showing strength and no fear. "Do you find me intimidating Areyette?" he asked politely, then turned to her with a little more than wicked smile. The male licked his lips at the sudden wind that blew his mane forward, biting coldly at his face. And with that he frowned..a small growl developing in his throat. But he did not let it out, for he didnt want this lioness to go back into a shameful mood.
the big cat began to press her large muscular paws against the ground, thumping her sleek and pale colored tail onto the tall dead grass as she left the scraps of her kill. maybe she could go tease the pride today, or go and steal the hyenas scavanges, since she was a bit hungry still herself, the meat from the boar scraps was old, and not satisfying.
"or maybe i could rest. "
laelia replied to herself aloud, then began to wonder off torwards a rock under a tree which was cool, so she laid down.

When the breeze blew, she smiled as it sent her whiskers and th elonger hair of her fluttering around. She thought about it. "Well, you see, it's complicated. I fear you in a way or respect, not in a way of intimidation and fear." She explained, he rheas still held high. She flicked her tail around and wavered her ears around. She flickered her eyes back and forth, scanning over the land, as lions, lionesses and cubs emerged from their dens.

First Nala cleared away the grass and sticks her mom put up to protect the den and she popped her head out, looking around to make sure her mother (or anything else) was not present. Then she grinned and climbed out, read to explore! She batted at a bug on the ground and chased after it when it ran away. This is fun! She thought. It wasn't often that she got time by herself to play and be a cub. Nala sighed. "Why is mommy so worried all the time? She don't let me do nothing!" She asked the bug, not expecting an answer. Finally she let to poor bug go and looking around for something else to play with.
-~ Soare -~ Female -~ hunting -~
Soare moved slowly and quietly as she closed in on her prey. A lone warthog stood grazing. Soare licked her lips, and thanked the lion god for a prey she could actually catch by herself, and so close to her den. Still, she would have to be careful. If the pride that lived here caught here they might kill her and she had a cub to care for. She crept towards her target on silent feet. Once close enough Soare ran really fast to keep up with the warthog. When she did catch up to it she knocked it to the ground and dug her claws into its belly. Finally she moved in to kill it and snapped it's neck in her jaws. Just as she was about to drag her catch back to the den she heard something in the grass and froze.
