March was about to lay her head down, when she laid her head on the horn. It let out a super loud BEEP, which echoed through the town. March yelped, and backed up, banging her head on the top of the car. "The horn works." March said, shaking her head.

Smokey looked over at the beeping car not far away and growled. He wasn't the most friendly stray you'll ever meet. "Stupid dogs disrupting mah meal!" He swallowed the rest of his sandwich and went off looking for a better place to sleep. He spotted some other dogs hanging around in the junkyard and tried to keep a distance.

Summer yawned and crawled out of her hole. The small patch of trees on the side of the road offered good protection from humans. Still drowsy, she looked for something to eat.
