Jakei snarled even louder and scrambled on top of the wolf while it was incapacitated. He bit down onto the wolf's neck, though his jaws couldn't fully snap it. Leaf Fall growled as well and snapped his teeth onto the wolf's throat. The wolf howled with pain, ripped free, and fled out of camp. Jakei and Leaf Fall took a chance and raced after it so they were certain the wolf was gone.

Shiko sighed in relief as the wolf was defeated. She paced back and forth, now nervous that there would be more wolves.

Jupiter continued to batter the wolf she was attacking and received several agonizing injuries. Her shoulder bled from a deep cut and blood dripped down her forehead, blinding her briefly. She blinked the salty liquid away and snarled, exposing her dagger-like teeth. She lunged for the wolf again, sensing that it was about ready to flee.

Sadira looked softly at Copper, before nuzzling him gently. She should have known things would not stay so blissful for long. Her eyes widened in horror as a large wolf barged into camp, at Phantom. Her mentor. She was frozen in place at the scene so close to them but luckily others were not. Everything happened so fast.

She bolted straight towards Phantom, worry etched onto her face. “Are you alright? Do you need help? Should I get Shiko?” She spoke quickly her heart hammering in her chest.

Phantom slowly got up, panting heavily. "I think I'm fine," He said, brushing off the blood on his shoulder. "thank you for the offer, though." He had a few cuts on his shoulder, and a claw mark on his back.

Creo lunged at the other wolf ripping at it's throat. He dipped down and clawed at it's stomach while blood sprayed everywhere. Ducking and dodging he finally got a hold of the wolves throat and bit hard,letting go he wondered if he killed it.

Flare yowled as the wolf barged into camp, he crawled inside the medicine den and smelt all the herb smells. As the wolf kept raging he crawled into a small crevice and shivered in fear...

"Leaf Fall, Jakei and Phantom, in my den right now!" Shiko snapped, she turned and walked into her den, beginning to unwrap bundles of herbs. She spotted Flare cowering in a crevice. "Come on out, young one," she coaxed softly, "the wolf is gone, nothing will harm you."

Phantom turned his head and nodded. He limped back to the den and stood in it. "I'm here."
Hope's eyes widened as she noticed Phantom's condition. "You don't look very okay."

"He'll be fine, if he doesn't squirm as I treat him." Shiko pulled out some mint and daisy leaves and mixed them, then handed the batch to Hope. "Here, chew these up and slather them on Phantom's wounds." Shiko then picked up a few nutshells filled with primrose pollen and dusted his wounds with it. She waited for her apprentice to do her job.

Hope nodded. She chewed the mint and daisy leaves thoroughly, to a fine, grinded up pulp. Hope spit it out and slathered them of Phantom's cuts and wounds evenly.
Phantom tried to stay as still as a fox could be, as the young apprentice did her job.
