Luca sat silently as students poured in to class, the seat next to him was still bare as Tabb began talking, I suppose going to bed early last night was a bad idea, I should have been maiking friends. He thought, Hmphing at the fact the only free spot was the one next to him.
He sluggishly opened his books and began taking notes on whatever the hell Tabb was talking about. Then a girl rushed in, looking rather tired and scruffy, he beamed at her as she sat down next to him.
"Sleep in?" He wispered, smirking.

(omg its like 6:46 hear and I haven't gotten ANY sleep.I only had three hours of sleep yesterday...)

Raven-She sat in one of the back rows She was in DATDA.She sat back not really paying attention.She looked up sleepily at the ceiling.Her eyes had dark baggage under them and she yawned quietly.Her mind was out in the distance daydreaming about random things that went threw her mind.She heard only about seven words a minute of what the teacher was saying.She jumped slightly as she saw willow sitting on the window cell outside of the castle.The bird pecked at the glass for a moment only to stop and stare inside.

Emily paused in the doorway for a second, noting that the teacher, Professor Tabb, had barely started. She let out a sigh of relief and gladly sat down beside a boy around her age in the last seat avaliable. She gave a shy smile back when he beamed at her and found her cheeks tinging with pink as he talked about her sleeping in.
"I didn't mean to," she whispered back, keeping on eye on Professor Tabb and half listening to him so if she was caught she could actually repeat back to him what he said. "I... I got nervous. I really do love it here at Hogwarts, but it does stress me out often."
After saying all that Emily instantly felt stupid. He had made a comment, not asked for the story to go along with it. She blushed a little more and pulled out her school books, listening to the teacher as best as she could while trying to block out thoughts of the boy possibly thinking of her as stupid.

He had made it with plenty of time to spare. Finding a seat near around the middle of the back row, he pulled out his books and waited, putting his feet up on the desk and arms behind his head. His thoughts drifted from one thing to another without really much seriousness to them, until Professor Iglehart walked in and announced that they should be quiet. The older man started writing something up on the board.
Kai spent the lesson listening to whatever the Professor said and writing down what he had to in very neat writing, while shooting grins at some of his 'mates' whenever something said could be taken 'wrongly'. They had a hard time containing their laughter when the Professor shot warning glances their way, though Kai found it easy to simple have a straight face and present perfectly accomplished work.
Professor Iglehart seemed to smile at him once or twice.

"Yeah, I know what you mean," Luca smiled, and pretended not to notice her blushing. "The first days are the a hardest. And the next few... and the few after that... And OWL days!" He chuckled. "But I do love this place, magic is my life. I'm Luca by the way, from Ravenclaw." He said proudly, always happy to be in Ravenclaw.
"Mr Vontiablo, care to remind us all what I've just been talking about?"
Crap. Tabb noticed. Luca grinned awkwardly and said "Why you've just been telling us the dangers of bowtruckles right?" After seeing Tabb's face it was clear his wild guess was way off. "Well I believe you should be, because I've been having this recurring nightmare about them for weeks, and according to my subcontious they are pretty damn scary." He tugged at the hair of the girl next to him as Tabb frowned at him and turned his attention back to the blackboard, trying his best not to burst out laughing, he did love messing with teachers.

She nodded to what he said and opened her mouth to reply with her name and house(thought it was obvious considering the blue tie) but Professor Tabb cut her off. She bit her lip to stop herself from laughing as he mentioned Bowtruckles instead of Werewolves and barely managed to keep a straight face. In the end, she made it, and smiled when Professor Tabb turned away. Quietly, she leaned her head closer to Luca's so as not to disrupt the class again. "I'm Emily, also from Ravenclaw. Nice save, we're being taught about the cycle of werewolves and how to tell one from an ordinary wolf. It's not hard but it's still something to pay attention to. They are rather freaky."
She glanced at the board and rubbed one eye, frowning as the words swam tauntingly on the edge of her vision. She shook her head and turned to face him, not bothering to read what was written up, she wanted to have some friends, at least. Her brother didn't count, and Stellar...
Pushing thoughts about her dysfunctional family aside, she smiled at Luca again.
