"Best Race ever!" Nanook crowed. "Told ya she wouldn't beat him, Aleu."
Aleu looked rather shellshocked so Holly trotted over to her and nudged the pup, an affectionate smile on her lips. Despite her coldness towards the other team, it was obvious to see how loving and devoted she was to her own pack when you saw her with the pups. It was also obvious how much they bother adored and looked up to her.
