Those accounts would have been deleted by now had they been inactive for that long.

They don't get deleted unless someone wants to change their username but the username they want is already used by an inactive user with no pets and no posts.

That's not intirely true, and I have no idea why you're saying this, since you were talking about supposedly an Uncommon from this Month, the owl, so why would you bring in accounts from 2008...?
