Stolenstar nodded to her medicine cat. she padded out of her den, and decided to go hunting. it might help get the face of Duskstar out of her mind.

Duskstar sat among the dead branches of the fallen oak as he awaited his clan

Stolenstar stalked through the under growth of mistclans forest. she spotted a small robin and sprang for it. but the bird was to fast for her and escaped her deathly claws. she lashed her tail in frustration. Stolenstar lifted her head towards the sky and sniffed for other prey.

Autumnpaw finally entered the apprentice den and smiled when she saw that Distancepaw was awake. "hi."she mewed.

i picked up distancepaws sent coming from the apprentice den, i bounded over and paused by the door, just out of sight from whoever might be inside and took a couple of deep breaths the strolled inside, head high and tail flicking side to side as i stepted gracfully (failing-badly) across the apprentice den floor (hmm . . . if he was a human she would be flicking her hair right about now but i dont thin a cat would do somthing like that) and looked at distancepaw 'hey-' but i cut my slef off when i saw autumnpaw already here and slouched back to normal and wandered over 'hey, whatcha guys up to?'

Distancepaw looked at the two she-cats. "well i just woke up from a nap so uh nothing, did i miss anything?" he mewed.

a smile flitted across my face and i bounced up and down 'yeah! me and autumnpaw took a visit to the new clan smokeclan! and well . . .' i stopped and thought for a moment then started bouncing up and down again 'now we are all going to be warriors!' a stupid grin was slapped across my face 'but now we have to go hunting, sorta like a last apprentice hunt sorta thing-well you knwo what i mean-' my mouth clamped shut, i only said 'you know what i mean' when i was getting too excited. i stopped bouncing and made the grin less crazy like and stood there waiting for a responce from distancepaw
