(I shall!)
❤ Serenity ❤ Hope ❤ Lennox ❤
Mounted upon her trusty steed named Apollo, Serenity was trotting through the forest, alone besides her horse, who happened to be her best friend. Her and her horse went everywhere together and had grown a bond with another, a special bond that nobody would understand except them. It was like they could communicate, even without speaking. Her body was covered by a soft blue cloak to keep herself a bit warmer, a hood also lightly draped over her head. But her bright blond hair still showed despite her efforts to cover it. She always like her hair though, long and bright blond, all natural.
She looked around quietly, the only sound being the beating of Apollo's hooves with each graceful step he took, occasionally jumping over fallen trees and other debris that obstructed the old, almost disappearing path. It seemed never ending. Serenity had never gone so far into the forest, she was exploring and wanted to see what was back here, though. It was just harmless, not like she would get herself into any trouble. Or so she thought. Her eyes scanned the sky line until something caught her attention. Tall and dark, the structure rising into the air on a large cliff that seemed suspended up in the sky. Unable to take her eyes away, she decided she needed to go. No questions asked.
The girl turned her horse swiftly in that direction, getting a neigh of protest but ignoring it. As soon as they got in front of the large cliff, the petite girl dismounted her horse and gave him a pat. Winding around the cliff was a narrow, crumbling path way cut into the rock. Unable to stop her curiosity, she climbed the deteriorating steps until she found herself standing in front of a large castle door. She couldn't believe it..where she was. This large structure, seeming to have no life near it. She moved closer to the door, pushing on it with a sound of displease as it was heavy. But the door creaked open loudly, far enough so that she was able to slip inside.
The castle, it was dusty and old, you could tell that just by the smell. Vines of ivy were growing inside of it and there were cobwebs all over the place, but she still found herself walking further into the structure, her bright blue hood still on her back. It was cold in the room, and very creepy, almost scary. She felt this urge to leave, like something bad was going to happen if she didn't and her courage was starting to vanish as she began to climb the large, grand staircase leading to the second floor. So many doors that led to rooms to choose from. She reached for a doorknob, opening it quietly.
