Can't Find My Fursona... Help?

Kay, I drew her lineart, I inked it, and colored it. I took the pics with my DSi, downloaded to my comp, and now I'm uploading them to my ImagShack.

Along with 120 other pics.

It'll take a bit, but you'll get to see her soon, and we can think names up together. XD

I kept thinking that Delilah would be a good name to go with her looks, but I don't really want to be named that. -_- We'll see. Still have the issue of personality and history.

I soppses I should make her have the same type of history I have: Lived on a farm, very nice mother and abusive father. Ehh.....

I forgot what I was gonna say..... XD

I don't know if this has been suggested, but maybe a shapeshifter? That way she could be whatever you wanted her to be, whenever. She would always have the same design, but would be different animals depending on what you feel like. I personally have two: One for each side of me. The most common one i use, a.k.a the side people usually see(Sundance) and the side I hide from almost everybody(Bandages). Maybe something like that? A split one?

*whimpers* Sorry if I have bad advice... But here goes:
I have a.. companion that I talk to over IM and his fursona is a shape-shifter. He's always grey, and his normal form is a gray fox. But he can be dragon, a girl fox, a wolf, a cat... Whatever he wants! I think that that is a better way for you. I feel like you have a very fluid personality and you are very... I don't know a word, but changing rapidly, but NOT indecisive. I do hope you can find yourself like I have failed to ;_;

Okay, Skye helped me.

I was talking about how I kept thinking Delilah would be a good name for my fursona.

But 'she' was resisting.

Skye told me that was my damon, becuase my fursona is ME.

But I said that I thought it was a beutiful name, Delilah, but I wouldn't wanna be named anything else than Terra.

She assured me that I should name my fursona Terra, that it must be my actuall name, like Skye is hers.

So, now that white-black-green lion is Terra.




But she proves a good point with the shapeshifter thing.

I mean... I know some of myself, at least. I switch beween being hyper and annoying, to *ahem* horny, to being calm as a friggin rock.

So.... Shapeshifter would be a good choice...

But I feel ashamed every time I change a fursona, becuase no one I know is as indecisive about it as me.

And with me having a steady mate, Fidel....

Well, I've already changed from manticore to unicorn, and back to manticore and then to lion/horse shifter, and then to lion.

I don't wanna keep chaging on him, he should know who he's kissing and such.

I think something like a shapeshifted would suit you. Maybe you should take a look at the fursona guide. If you have, okay, but if you haven't you should. XD
Any way, think of you self as an animal, your abilities and things like that. Ask your parents what they think of your personality if your not sure of it and tell them to be truthful. If that doesn't work try think of what you would look like from you friends point of view, mean, nice, angry etc.
If you think your a cat, make your fursona from there.

And the shapeshifter idea is good. Anna is generally a shapeshifter, but she's normal in her cat form, it suits her.
